Asirikuy has tight crimp, good density and defined bundles and coverage down her straight legs thru her toes. She has a pleasing head with a correct bite.

While at the 2008 International Alpaca Odyssey Asirikuy was evaluated by Dr Julio Sumar who felt she was a very nice female with good fineness, density and a soft handle. He very much appreciated her 'very good' bite. Asirikuy means laugh in Quechua.

Asirikuy has Color Champion siblings on both sides of the tree!! Her Sire, SA Peruvian Grand Moreno has many multi-champion crias from WHITE to Brown. Her dam Muyuri has produced 2 color champion boys for Derwydd with 6 girls, one of which (Chilchu) was the high selling Huacaya female at the 2006 futurity (100,000K!). Her dam Muyuri has delivered all her cria unassisted, has always had milk and lots of it. Muyuri's crias all wean in the 70+ lbs range.

Asirikuy was Reserve Color Champion herself at the Level IV Monterey Pronk 2007!! You can see from her record she did very very well in her show career both in Halter AND in Fleece!

What is she going to produce? -> BLACK!! Her 2011 FEMALE cria (Danu) out of Peruvian Francisco, true black, silky fleece, crimp coming in nicely and....GRAY - Silver gray 2012 cria from the breeding to Luciano!
